Job summary

This position is located at Texas Roadhouse Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This position is a FLEX position. FLEX positions can be worked anywhere between 0 - 39 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major duties

Set tables, arrange place settings/table decorations, receive guests, make dining suggestions, answer questions about food/wines/etc, take orders, place orders and receives Food, and Beverages with the kitchen, Bar when required. Collects cash or payment by credit card and maintains sales record. May provide work direction to other dining room staff as necessary. Clears and cleans tables and other customer service areas.

Qualification

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 2. Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. 3. Be able to communicate effectively in English. 4. Have work experience performing the duties identified.
