Job summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist Division Head responsible for Maintenance Planning or Technical Data in the Fleet Support Team (FST) of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Major duties

You will ensure that logistics personnel within the FSTs are sufficiently trained and resourced to provide high quality products to the customer. You will apply policy and procedure across the logistics workforce to ensure consistency. You will evaluate fluctuating resource levels and requirements due to additional or revised technical capabilities and budget, schedule, process, and/or policy changes. You will manage a comprehensive, data-driven performance measurement framework to continually evaluate the status and progress of logistics performance and its ability to meet the needs of the customer. You will manage ongoing changes and control their impact on quality, schedule, and cost through effective planning strategies.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Managing FST logistics personnel, processes, resources, and facilities necessary to execute the Maintenance Planning or Technical Data logistics aspects of technology, development, acquisition, sustainment and in-service support of all FST programs assigned to the site including: AECS, AV-8, C-130, F405, F-5, F-16, F-35, GTC, H-1, H-53, H-60, MQ-9, MQ-25, V-22, and VH-92. 2.) Being responsible for the integrity of the FSTs' logistics products and services plus serves as the top-level supervisor for all logisticians assigned to any FRCE FST within the Maintenance Planning or Technical Data domain. 3.) Demonstrating mastery experience in leadership, management and oversight of complex projects and activities, including the technical, performance, and schedule considerations associated with those projects and activities. 4.) Serving as a liaison and representative in negotiations with other commands and offices of the United States Navy, Air Force, DoD, other governmental agencies, and private organizations on matters pertaining to assigned programs. 5.) Generating and coordinating appropriate programmatic documentation and relevant information to support program reviews to include reviews such as readiness or depot level production.
