Job summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations Department of FW DEPLOYED REG MAINT CTR DET BAHRAIN.
Major duties
You will be responsible for repair and overhaul of Navy ships in the US Naval Forces Central Command 5th Fleet, providing sustainment, Fleet Technical Assistance and voyage repair of naval ships and craft. You will directly support the Administrative Officer in Analytical and evaluative work, problem resolution and direct support in variety of administrative areas for all Detachment administrative and civilian/ military personnel matters. You will extract and assemble data from files, data systems and other sources in order to prepare recurring and special one-time reports. You will maintain the Navy Personnel Accountability Program for mustering military and civilian personnel and their respective dependents following a natural or man-made catastrophic event. You will be the primary point of contact for new/current hires to include welcome aboard packages, maintenance of personnel folders, entitlement issues, travel, temporary lodging arrangements, visa extensions, etc.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1)Managing Administrative Services responsibilities such as, equipment utilization, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating VIP Visits, records s management, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence or formatting documents for evaluation and awards to manage the office and personnel 2)Utilizing software such as Microsoft Office suite to produce and edit correspondence and reports. 3)Identifying and resolving training program issues to provide advice and guidance to employees and managers Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position. Education

The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week). The Office of the Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) limits the number of Bahrain based DoD personnel accompanied tours. Dependent entry approval from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command is required for all accompanied tours prior to extending the final job offer and prior to issuing Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. Accompanied tours are not guaranteed.
