About the Position: This position is located within the Office of the Program Manager Saudi Arabian National Guard on Al Nakhla Compound (AN-C) in downtown, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. AN-C is a high end resort with both living, working and recreational areas. There are activities including, gyms, swimming, pools and a tennis court, plus grocery, food and several retail service facilities. The weather can be hot and dry with extreme heat in the summer months and mild winters with little rain.
Major duties
Experience with of Army Unified Directory Service (AUDS), Azure VPN, MS Teams, Army OneDrive, Cloud based storage and standards. Troubleshoot network connectivity, PC hardware, and software to determine cause of failure. Provide network and desktop support and training. Conducting installations and implementation of new system hardware and software. Analyze, test, configure, and maintain IT equipment software. Ability to setup, evaluate, and troubleshoot VTC equipment and transmission performance. Serve as the Division Hand receipt holder to include inventories and life-cycling IT inventories.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Troubleshooting network connectivity, server connections, PC hardware and software to determine cause of failure, AND 2) Ability to support the Army Unified Directory Service (AUDS), Azure VPN, MS Teams, Army OneDrive, Cloud based storage and standards, AND 3) Providing desktop support, VTC support, printer support, iPhone training, AND 4) Conducting installations and implementation of new system hardware and software, AND 5) Inventories and life-cycle management, AND 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2. Evaluations
