About U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command
Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) is an US Army Military Installation located approximately 45 miles West of Salt Lake City, Utah. TEAD is a premier active joint ammunition storage site. TEAD is responsible for shipping, storing, receiving, inspecting, demilitarization, and maintaining training and war reserve conventional ammunition. Tooele’s Ammunition Equipment and Manufacturing Directorate (AEMD) designs and manufacturers ammunition peculiar equipment (APE) used in maintenance and demilitarization of munitions for all the Department of Defense (DoD). The Depot is in Tooele County and surrounded by the communities of Tooele, Grantsville, Stockton, and Rush Valley. The area surrounding the depot is as an urban center for a highly varied productive industrial and agricultural industries.
Job summary
About the Position: Serves as the Foreman supervising work projects involving loading, assembling, packaging, renovating, modifying, breaking down, and demilitarizing munitions across 25+ production facilities.
Major duties
Plan work distribution, deadlines, and sequences for subordinate’s daily project. Explain all work requirements, methods, procedures, specific hazards and safely precaution to all personnel. Ensure all personnel, materials and equipment required for operations are at designated work sites. Review work in progress and upon completion. Perform performance management including but not limited to setting performance standards, scheduling and approving leave, counseling employees and position management.

I can give relay instructions received from supervisor, demonstrate safe and proper work procedures, check work for compliance, and provide status reports. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
