Job summary
You will serve as a DETACHMENT DIRECTOR in the Detachment Guam - 100G of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
You will be the direct representative of the Officer in Charge (OIC) and participate with the OIC in the day to day administrative actions. You will responsible for prioritization, planning, directing, controlling and implementing the production and execution effort. You will participate in the overall Detachment management, contributing to considerations of major policies, plans, programs, resource requirements and their implementation in support of project work. You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for Guam Detachment work. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing the prioritization, planning, directing, controlling and implementation of shipyard operations production and execution efforts and contributing to considerations of major policies, plans, programs, resource requirements and their implementation in support of project work.
