Job summary

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Corporate Operations Department (10), Human Resource Division (101), Workforce Development Branch (1016) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).

Major duties

You will serve as the Crane Division University (CDU) Program Lead, leading the CDU team members within Workforce Development. You will also serve as a Lead Facilitator for CDU’s internally developed courses and “CDU Exclusives. You will collaborate with Crane Division University’s Executive Champion and Pillar Champions to shape the strategic direction of CDU and identify opportunities for program improvements/enhancements. You will assist in the recruitment of new CDU facilitators and provide training and mentoring to new facilitators. You will lead the CDU Facilitator Community-of-Interest to provide regular/recurring events/workshops for facilitators to remain engaged and up-to-speed on the latest facilitation techniques and opportunities.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: presenting information to a wide range of audiences for the purposes of knowledge sharing and/or education.
