The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Treasury and Risk Analyst to join the Risk Management & Insurance team located in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with paralegal tasks related to claims management, helping to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies. Will report directly to the Insurance, Litigation, and Claims Senior Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of insurance claims by gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant documentation

  • Support the risk management team in analyzing and mitigating risks associated with insured claims

  • Collaborate with legal function as needed to ensure all claims are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of claims and related correspondence

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on claims status and risk assessments

  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies

  • Support contractual risk management by reviewing contracts and identifying potential risks

  • Assist with insurance procurement tasks, including gathering information and preparing documentation for insurance applications and renewals

  • Provide support for the management of insured litigation and claims across a variety of disciplines 

  • Manage and resolve auto property damage claims, including investigation, documentation, and communication with relevant parties

  • Work collaboratively with external partners, including third-party claims administrators, to ensure effective claims management and resolution

  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective resolution of claims-related issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 or more years of experience in treasury, risk management, claims, and/or paralegal work

  • 5 or more years of experience with claims management processes and insurance policies

  • 5 or more years of experience utilizing the risk management information system (RMIS) or equivalent database

  • 5 or more years experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in a role that required strong attention to detail

  • Experience in a role that required excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Certification in Risk Management (CRM) or similar credentials

  • Experience with legal research and documentation

  • Paralegal certificate

  • Law firm experience

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $159,850
