Senior Program Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on lead complex logistics and sustainment effort across the Indo-Pacific AOR, spanning program management, logistics, facilities, and mission-enabling services. The Sr Program Manager (PM) will provide overall leadership, direction, and management for contractor personnel and operations associated with the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government for all program management activities.
• Provide overall leadership and direction to the contractor team, including DPM, Lead Logistician, and key personnel.
• Manage technical performance, cost, schedule, risk, and contract compliance for the program.
• Oversee logistics, facilities, and mission-enabling/training services across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Required

• Master’s degree in business, logistics, operations, engineering, international relations, or related field.
• 10+ years leading large, complex DoW programs or task orders with full cost/schedule/performance responsibility.
• Significant experience in logistics and sustainment (e.g., supply chain, deployment/distribution, theater/forward logistics) for DoW or national security customers.
• Experience supporting or operating within a Geographic Combatant Command, preferably USINDOPACOM.
• Proven leadership of multi-site, multifunctional teams (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Familiarity with DoW budgeting/PPBE and IDIQ/task-order execution.
• Active DoD/DoW Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility.

Preferred

• Prior experience with SOCPAC, USARPAC, NAVFAC, PACFLT, PACAF, or 8th TSC.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD $200,000 - $275,000
