Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an SAP Business Data Architect Lead to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Fairfax, VA or Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
  • Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
  • Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
  • Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
  • Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
  • Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels
  • Collaborates with architects, process owners, subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality data designs
  • Communication and leadership to guide business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition, data mapping, validation and cutover activities
  • Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled
  • Extract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systems
  • Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with application owners and stakeholders
  • Advise stakeholders on data integration and solution options

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP data architecture and implementation
  • Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 Hana

Summary pay range: $141,100 - $204,700
