Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Experienced or SeniorBusiness Operations Specialist to join the Everett Delivery Center (EDC) team located in Everett, Washington.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of projects. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett, Washington location.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate, integrate and maintain the EDC Capital expenditure plan; track approved and proposed projects. Track visibility of performance to plan
Equipment & infrastructure demand, forecasting and strategy
Asset management coordination and integration for equipment maintenance and replacement
Supports the coordination and analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignment
Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
Identifies risk and opportunity and develops mitigation planning
Meets with leadership to gain approval and share project status
Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance
Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience performing project management
5+ years of experience performing data analysis
5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience performing project management
Experience in Capital & Equipment Management
Experience with baseline management
Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range
(Level 3): $101,150 - $111,860
(Level 4): $126,650 - $140,060
