Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required upon appointment Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check One year probationary period may be required A physical examination may be required Must be willing to adhere to strict appearance policy Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3 Continuous exposure to sun and prolonged periods of high temperature and humidity. In case of exposure to infectious disease, incumbent is required to obtain the Hepatitis B vaccination series within a 24-hour period. Incumbent is required to follow environmental safeguards and wear personal protective equipment. Work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, holidays and night duty. In addition, the incumbent may be subject to additional background checks if required to have regular and recurring contact with children. May be assigned to irregular duties or when needed for special recreational events and related requirements.
Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Possesses and maintains the following certifications: Lifeguard (American Red Cross or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Star Guard or Ellis); American Red Cross "Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional; CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent (i.e. Star Guard or Ellis); First Aid. Customer service experience. In addition, for facilities that use Oxygen Administration "O2 bottles" the O2 Administration certification (American Red Cross "Oxygen Administration" or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Star Guard or Ellis Oxygen Administration) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification must be obtained within two weeks of reporting for duty.
Education
Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications.
